    I went for the Have Your Cake and Eat It achievement, and also got the Karmic Wheel achievement. So it is possible that option also consumes a Praise of High Morals, even though the game doesn't tell you. I can't confirm, since I don't know how many I had before.

    Be warned, I somewhat managed to pick an option where you scare the guy away, and when you meet him at the second location, you can only say "I wasn't scammed" and there is no achievement nor reward for it. Oops.

    I never gave the guy any credits and still got the Leave it There achievement, so I think only the last choice matters for that one. :)
