Using area-of-effect and spread damage is the only way to tackle this map with a player phase strategy, as Legendary Black Knight is just too bulky with his five sources of true damage reduction; six if you attack him with a ranged unit. Abuse his proximity with the generic enemies beside him to spread non-combat damage to Legendary Black Knight.
Legendary Black Knight even starts on a defense tile, which makes a turn one clear nearly impossible.
Emblem Sigurd is the absolute best unit to use on this map if you have him, as he can whittle down Legendary Black Knight's HP while clearing the generic enemies using Override, and also generating an additional action for himself to clear the enemies one by one and retreat to safety with Canto. Sigurd even comes with Fatal Smoke 4 to prevent the Troubadour from healing Legendary Black Knight until he removes it by acting.
When using this strategy, it is important to defeat the Troubadour as soon as possible, to prevent her from healing Legendary Black Knight.
Use heroes that generate multiple actions to defeat all the generic enemies that approach your units, taking opportunities to whittle down Legendary Black Knight with non-combat damage whenever you can.
Eventually, Legendary Black Knight will be brought under 25% HP, which will turn off his 【Imbue】 and 【Reflex】 effects. Keep whittling down his HP with area-of-effect Specials and non-combat damage until you bring him to a low enough HP, most likely 1 HP, where one of your offensive units can defeat him.
Effects that prevent Savior are also viable when using this strategy, allowing you to attack the other enemies with ranged units, potentially even applying area-of-effect damage to Legendary Black Knight. Heroes like Embla, Bridal Embla, Elm, or even Læraðr
Using a tanking strategy with two Savior Tanks and one support is the easiest way to defeat this map, as Legendary Black Knight's poor movement will lead to all the generic enemies rushing in to be defeated before he can be a threat.
Bring a Near Save tank, a Far Save tank, and a well-invested support unit, and park the support unit and your fourth unit on the nearby defense tiles, while placing the Savior Tanks behind them. Simply wait for the enemies to rush in and be defeated, then wait for Legendary Black Knight to approach.
If your Far Save tank has a Null C-Disrupt effect such as Fallen Alear (F), Ice Tribe Fjorm, or even your own copy of Legendary Black Knight, that would be ideal in order to defeat the Troubadour quickly. The Troubadour has a Dazzling Staff refine, preventing counterattacks and will need to be defeated as soon as possible to prevent her from healing Legendary Black Knight.
For your Near Save tank, the ideal option is a tank that can deal even a single point of damage to Legendary Black Knight while surviving Pitch-Dark Luna. Rely on your support unit to constantly heal your tank, and utilize the defense tiles to provide additional bulk against Legendary Black Knight's attacks. Eventually, Legendary Black Knight will fall, even if you have to deal 1 damage at a time.
The ideal supports to bring are those that provides damage reduction and/or healing. Heiðrún is one of the best supports if you have her. Alternatively, Seteth on a budget also works. Their job is to prevent Pitch-Dark Luna from defeating your tanks in one blow. At least one of them should also be able to defeat the Troubadour if your Far Save tank cannot counterattack.
If you have Tina in your barracks, use her. Thief will steal 【Imbue】 and 【Reflex】 away from Legendary Black Knight and grant them to your team, making him easier to defeat. The damage reflection effect of 【Reflex】 will be helpful in whittling down Legendary Black Knight's HP.

I used Brave Felix, Emblem Sigurd, Fallen Dedue and Níðhöggr. Sigurd used override to get Black Knight low, Felix and Dedue cleared the other enemies and I used Níðhöggrs' after movement skill to lower Black Knights defenses so Sigurd could come in for the kill.
