This map has no reinforcements and no refresher foes, making a Hit and Run strategy viable.
The Axe Flier is in range to be defeated by ranged cavalry units on turn one. Do so, and then use your own refresher assists, movement assists like Reposition, or post-combat movement effects like Canto to retreat to safety.
The enemies will then approach your team but be unable to reach your units. You can use the following turns to pick them off at your leisure.
Keep in mind that the Lance Dragon has multiple warping effect through Aerial Maneuvers and Guidance 3, and Elice has Atk/Spd Oath 4 to give her warping as well. These skills can allow the enemies to warp in further than their movement ranges. If possible, retreat a bit further than the threat range indicates.
You can also adopt a tanking strategy to clear this map, as none of the enemies in this map are too threatening.
The only concerning enemy on this map is Elice, as she can use Trilemma+ to amplify the weapon triangle against your units. However, if you position your units in a way where your units aren't taking attacks from enemies they are weak to, you can use Trilemma+ to your advantage by forcing engagements where your units have weapon-triangle advantage.
Another way you can mitigate this is to use a Colorless tank unit to prevent Trilemma+ from being relevant at all.
Ideal tank units for this map are units that neutralize effects that prevent their own counterattacks, as Elice's Trilemma+ has the Dazzling Staff refine and the Axe Flier has Firesweep Axe+.
Position your tank unit to the right of the tree in the middle, putting them in range of the Axe Flier and Elice. The enemies will attack and approach your units on their turn.
Use the following turn to clear as many enemies on the map as you can. Try to focus down Merric first, as he has pre-charged Growing Wind which can heavily dent your units.
