Using a player phase strategy is the best option on this map if you have the units to clear multiple enemies quickly in one turn. This strategy is used in order to avoid getting swarmed by the large amount of enemies on this map.
Units like Winter Edelgard, Summer Edelgard, and Gullveig excel in this strategy due to having ways to generate multiple actions in one turn on their base kits. The Edelgards specifically can also equip Galeforce to attack up to three times in one turn, while Gullveig has two separate skills that can generate extra actions.
To begin, use Reposition to get your initiator unit in range and then pick off the generic enemies. If your unit has multiple actions, use them to clear additional enemies while retaining the ability to retreat afterwards.
Use effects like Canto, Duo Skills, or refresher assists to retreat to safety once your unit is out of actions.
The reinforcements come in small waves, with the first wave spawning three enemies and the next two waves spawning two enemies each. Both Alear (M) and the Lance Knight can be ignored for the first few turns while you clear the other enemies.
Alear (M) is the most difficult unit to defeat on this map, with multiple sources of damage reduction, inflated stats, pre-charged Dragon's Roar, and a brave attack allowing him to attack up to four times in one combat.
If you have a unit that can bypass non-Special damage reduction skills, use them to defeat Alear by piercing through his damage reduction. Effects that prevent his counterattacks are also effective, allowing you to pummel him with attacks until he falls.
Ninja Sanaki is an excellent unit for this role as she can pierce through Alear's damage reduction while being a mobile nuke that can clear the enemies quickly. She also has a Duo Skill to grant herself an extra action once if she gets pinned down by the enemies.
It is also possible to form up into a ball and use Savior Tanks to enemy phase the entire map, especially when the enemy units begin approaching on the first turn whether you step into their threat range or not.
Alear (M) will not approach you right away, giving your units time to soak damage from the generic enemies and defeat them in retaliation.
Bring ample support for your Savior tanks as well as a healer to continuously replenish your tank unit's HP. Ensure that the Near Save unit has high Res and a Guard effect, as Alear deals magic damage and can attack up to four times in one combat. Preventing Alear (M) from triggering Dragon's Roar in every combat goes a long way in ensuring your units survive his assault.
A tank unit with a Scowl effect and a Guard effect prevents Alear (M) from triggering Dragon's Roar at all, and is a good option if you have one in your barracks.
There are reinforments on this map, spawning on turns 2, 3, and 4. The reinforcements come in small waves, with the first wave spawning three enemies and the next two waves spawning two enemies each.
These enemies begin near the foe's starting area, making it necessary for them to advance forward first before they are able to reach your units. This gives you time to heal your tank units before they are attacked by the reinforcements.

Legendary Leif | Colorless Bow Cavalry Meisterbogen's brave effect can quickly defeat enemies. Njörun's Zeal II grants himself an additional action when triggered. |
Gullveig | Colorless Tome Cavalry Quietus Gullveig and Time is Light grant herself additional actions after combat. Flared Sparrow leaves behind 【Divine Vein (Flame)】 terrain, softening up enemies for future engagements. |
Winter Byleth (M) | Sword Armored Holy Yule Blade decays foe's Specials and grants multiple stat bonuses. Supreme Heaven deals bonus damage against dragons and beasts and also grants additional damage reduction. |
Brave Corrin (F) | Colorless Breath Armored Multiple damage reduction effects and the 【Divine Vein (Stone)】 effect paired with high Spd allow her to survive multiple engagements. |
Brave Hector | Lance Armored The king of blue tank units. Can counterattack at a distance, deny enemy follow-ups, and has his own follow-up attack. |

I stacked every bonus I could on Winter Dimitri and Vantage swept the field including Alear. Dimitri +1 merge with Juno Peony and Freyr
