Use Hit and Run Tactics

This map has six starting enemies without a bulky Savior unit and has no reinforcements. This gives some room to clear the map quickly using units with multiple actions through Galeforce, Duo Skills, refresher units, etc.

The terrain is also wide open, allowing skills like To Change Fate! or Future Vision to adjust positioning to your liking while still retaining an action.

Alternatively, use a Tank strategy with Savior Skills

The lack of reinforcements allows a Savior unit or two to soak the hits for your team without getting overwhelmed.

Bring along some support units to make their job easier!

Key skills to note

Most of the enemies carry visible debuff effects that increase the potency of Brigand Boss' Vulture Axe+. Combat this by bringing units that neutralize penalties, or just kill the Brigand Boss on turn one.

Nowi	Blue Breath Infantry A great budget option for this map. Weapon refine neutralizes penalties.
