Solution

Turn 1
1. Move Nott 2 spaces up and take out the Sword Fighter.
2. Move Otr above Nott and take out the Axe Fighter.
3. Move Otr 3 spaces down.
Turn 2
4. Move Nott 1 space down and 1 space to the right. Take out the Lance Dragon.
5. Move Otr 1 space down and 1 space right. Take out the Green Mage.
6. Move Otr above Nott.
Turn 3
7. Move Nott right of Otr and take out the Sword Knight.
8. Move Otr right of Nott and take out the Lance Knight.
