Watch Out For Alm's Double Attacks!

Alm Falchion Effect Fire Emblem Heroes FEH

Alm's Falchion allows him to attack twice, so your units will be taking a lot of damage of he initiates combat.

His Res is slightly lower than his Def, so it's better to take him out first with magic instead of trying to tank a hit from him.

Take Faye Out With A Melee Unit

Faye Bow of Devotion Effect Fire Emblem Heroes FEH

Faye's Bow of Devotion grants her Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 if the unit attacking her is ranged.

Because of the buffs and because she is guaranteed a follow-up attack if your unit's HP is ≥ 50%, you'll be receiving a lot of damage on counterattack.

To defeat her, use a melee, physical damage unit as her Def is lower than her Res and will get past her weapon's effect.
