Use Tanky Green Units

The map features several physical damage units and only 2 magic users, so having a green unit that can take a good amount of damage is recommended for your team.

Physical Damage is Recommended

With the exception of Berkut himself, the other units on the map have low Def, so using units that deal physical damage will be able to take out the enemy units quickly.

Watch out for the Red Cavalier, as it has very high Res and packs a weapon that's effective against cavalry. The game go-to magic user Reinhardt may struggle against this enemy unit.

Use Wings of Mercy or Escape Route

Unlike other Grand Hero Battles, your party will be split at the start of the map.

You can utilize skills like Wings of Mercy or Escape Route to warp your units to each other from across the map.

This fight is an abolsute cakewalk due to Young Minerva being able to take out 3 units by herself in the first couple of turns.

After that, it was just a matter of having Eirika and Eir clean up the rest of the enemy units, with help from Peony's buffs.
