The two thieves on the map have Poison Dagger+, which is effective against infantry units.
You can make use of an armored, flier, or cavalry units to make this fight easier for you.
The Axe Knight has Wings of Mercy 3, which allows them to warp to any ally with low HP.
This makes them able to pull off suprise attacks so be careful and check how much damage your units are dealing and if they're in range.
While the Axe Knight has high Def, they have low Res, so using a unit with a tome weapon is ideal here.
You can bait the thieves with a tanky unit while you're outside so they rest will need to break the walls in order to reach you.
An ideal unit here is one who can counterattack regardless of range like Black Knight, Xander, or Hector.
In the Infernal difficulty, it's possible to position a unit to bait both Usrula and the Green Cavalier into attacking (not this will not work for Abyssal as Ursula will already have her Special charged).
A good unit to bait with would be Julia, due to her high Res, or Nino, who has high speed and can be given Triangle Adept 3.
Depending on your IVs and build, it's actually possible to take out the Axe Knight on the first turn with a high firepower tome user like Reinhardt (Infernal difficulty only).
You will need to retreat after attacking, however, so have a dancer ready or someone with a movement assist skill like Draw Back or Reposition.

List of All Dancers | Heroes with Refresher Skills
Lyon | Peony | Brave Ike | Brave Dimitri |
Brave Dimitri is the star here, with his kit built around him able to take large amounts of damage and also dealing large amounts of damage.
Make sure you give him the Atk/Res Bond 3 Sacred Seal as well as give Peony the Torrent Dance 3 Sacred Seal so he can tank both Ursula and the Green Cavalier.
Lyon takes out one of the thieves and the Axe Knight due to him having weapon triangle-advantage (you don't have to give him G Tomebreaker 3 and just leave that slot empty).
Brave Ike does what he does best and also stands in as a tank beside Dimitri.
