Golden Egg Location: Palevia's Escaped Chickens Walkthrough

This is a guide on how to get the Golden Egg from the Palevia's Escaped Chickens overworld quest in Unicorn Overlord. Read on to learn how to get the Golden Egg, how to catch the chickens, the location of the chickens on the map, and the full walkthrough of this quest!

How to Get the Golden Egg

1. Travel to the Isle of Palevia
2. Go to Palevia Town and Take the Quest
3. Catch All Four (4) Chickens
4. Return to the Townsperson for the Reward

Travel to the Isle of Palevia

To get to this quest, players must be able to travel by boat to the Isle of Palevia. This can be done by liberating Ouvrir Harbor and getting access to their ship. Simply select the Harbor then choose Board Ship.

Go To Palevia Town and Take the Quest

Afterwards, follow the dirt road until you arrive to Palevia Town and talk to the Townsperson near the town. You might even see the chickens wandering around while following the road to give you clues on their location.

The Townsperson will ask for help in catching the four escaped chickens around the Isle of Palevia. The isle is very small, so it can be easily spotted.

Approach the Chicken Slowly

If you approach the chicken while running, you can scare the chicken away. Worse, they can run towards the nearby forest and disappear.

To effectively capture the chickens, push the analog stick gently into a direction to walk slowly. This makes sure the chicken won't get scared as you approach them. You should also make sure that Auto-Run is turned off in the Settings to be able to do this.

Reset To Palevia Harbor If the Chickens Escape

If the chicken got scared and disappeared through a nearby forest, simply travel a far enough distance to reset the chicken's location. Walking to Palevia Harbor is enough distance for the reset.

Return to the Townsperson

After capturing all four (4) chickens, simply return to the Townsperson in Palevia Town to complete the quest and get the Golden Egg along with a few other rewards.

What is the Golden Egg?

The golden egg is a special accessory that, then equipped to a character, enables them to effectively get double Gold (+100%) after a battle. This is extremely helpful if you're short on money!

#	Step by Step Guide
1	Go to the Isle of Palevia. Do this through Ourvrir Harbor and selecting Board Ship.
2	Go to Palevia Town and Speak to the Townsperson. Follow the dirt road from Palevia Harbor to Palevia Town. Talk to the lone Townsperson near the town location.
3	Find and Capture all Four (4) Chickens. Look for all four chickens scattered around the island. Make sure to approach them slowly to not scare them away!
4	Return to the Townsperson to Get Your Reward. After capturing all four chickens, return to the townsperson to get your quest reward. The rewards include the important money-farming accessory, the Golden Egg.
