Swordfighters are swift to act and capable of unleashing truestrike attacks, allowing them to easily cut down Thieves and other scout enemies.

While some unique characters can have Swordfighter as their assigned class, you can recruit Swordfighter mercenaries at liberated forts after enough story progress.

How to Use a Swordfighter in Battle

Swordfighters are swift to act and capable of unleashing truestrike attacks, allowing them to easily cut down Thieves and other scout enemies.

The truestrike skill Keen Edge makes short work of enemy Thieves. It's also effective against Flying foes, who are hard to hit from the ground.

Their low Defense means they suffer heavy damage from enemy attacks. Additionally, Parry cannot defend against ranged attcks from archers.
