After completing The Winding Wood quest, Rosalinde will automatically join the Liberation.

Yahna can be recruited after completing the The Ravaged Swamp main quest. To start the quest, you will need Yahna as she will be leading the way inside the woods.

To begin the quest, you will need to go to the location specified on the map above and a cutscene will trigger with Yahna. After this, continue heading inside the woods to get to Elheim. You will be meeting Rosalinde once inside.
After the brief cutscene, you will be exiting the woods and entering Elheim. After this, you will receive the quest rewards and Rosalinde will join the Liberation.
