A Half-Elf's Resolve marks the first stage where Ridiel will join the Liberation automatically upon successful victory.

Before doing this quest, make sure that you have expanded your unit slots from 3 to 4. Additionally, if your Renown is at rank B, you can begin promoting any party member you want to. You can expand your units, hire Mercenaries, and promote your allies by spending Honor in Forts you own.

In A Half-Elf's Resolve, using 3 Flying units will be enough. There will be traps on the ground so you must put at least one flying unit per team and have them as the leader. We recommend the Unit Leaders listed above. Click on the leader's name to see our recommended Unit Formation for that leader in this stage.

Fran's Unit will be highly utilized in this stage as there will be many armored and shielded enemies present in the whole battle.

Auch and Yahna deal magick damage that is strong against enemies such as Legionnaires and other armored units while Virginia can crush shields with her Iron Crusher. Have Fran as the leader of this unit to avoid landing on traps.

This team will be in charge of taking down the Wyvern Masters and the Elven Fencers.

Truestrikes are the team's pride and this is extremely useful in dealing with Wyvern Masters as their evasion rate is up the charts. Also, Elven Fencers have a skill called Sylphic Barrier where they allow an ally to evade one hit, but since the attacks of your team are truestrikes, their efforts will be futile.

Recruiting Hilda

Hilda is a recruitable character and will join the Liberation after having Primm talk to her and finishing the battle in The Champion of Order side quest.

Having Hilda in this unit will make traversing easier, especially in terrains where there are traps as her leader effect would be to just disregard these.

Ochlys' Unit

Ochlys' unit are composed of pure strength and can deal with the Infantry units and almost all enemy units in this stage, except the armored units as it may take more than one battle due to their extremely high DEF and guard.

Recruiting Ochlys

Ochlys can be recruited in the overworld after finishing the The Winged Knight side quest. After doing so, she will appear in the overworld with her shop, talk to her, and start An Angel's Request side quest, complete this quest and she will join you afterward.

Having Ochlys is useful since you will be dealing with land traps in this stage and you need as many flying units as possible. It is recommended that you first recruit her before starting this quest.

#	Step by Step Guide
1	Head to Mustamappe Garrison Deploy all units. There will be enemies approaching, Hilda's Unit will be in charge of defeating the Elven Fencers and Spearbearers while Fran will go towards the Legionnaires and the Cavalries. Meanwhile, Ochlys will go to the path on the right to grab the treasure here and collect a Concealing Cloak. After this, let her continue on her path and she will eventually rendezvous with Hilda and Fran, use a Light Feather on her for faster mobility. Once Hilda is near the garrison, use Liza's Smoke Bolt Valor Skill to disable the Watchtower from providing enemy assists. Once done circling the path, have Ochlys defeat the enemies stationed at the garrison and claim Mustamappe Garrison.
2	Garrison in Prinzessa Church Have everyone continue their way to the church. Do not forget to utilize Liza's Smoke Bolt as there will be another Watchtower enemy unit here. Also, reinforcements will spawn out of the blue as well as a cleric unit that was held hostage by Zenaide. You can choose to fight the enemies and protect this unit, and the cleric unit will provide Healing Support, but Ridiel will come to your aid no matter what and defeat the enemies here to save the Cleric unit. After this, the one you will be protecting will be Ridiel, so go and defeat the one unit targeting her. Once that is done, you will be able to control Ridiel because she will be joining the Liberation. Once the path is clear, you can have any of your units collect the treasure below the Watchtower and acquire a Revival Orb (M).
3	Defeat Zenaide Fran's Unit will be your best option in defeating Zenaide's unit so go ahead and set her destination to the enemy command post. Meanwhile, have any of your remaining units garrison in Zhavalko Ruin just west of the second Watchtower and collect War Funds 10000G. There is also a treasure found near the shore near Prinzessa Church, have another unit get this and collect a Miracle Fruit. Make sure that everything is done before Fran aims Zenaide. Once Zenaide has been defeated, you will receive a Dragoon's Warspear.
