You can recruit Primm by talking to her during the battle stage of The General in Black. As you are approaching the Encampment east of Einsel Church, a cutscene will play and Aramis will free her from prison.

Priority	Action and Recommended Conditions	Explanation
1	Heal ┗ Target HP is less than 75%	Set Heal to target ally units with 75% or below HP to make sure Primm does not heal beyond her allies' max HP.
2	Quick Heal ┗ Target HP is less than 75%	Similar to Heal, Quick Heal benefits from the same condition.
3	Lifesaver ┗ Own HP is less than 50%	Have Primm provide herself with her own protection when she is down to half of her HP. This will ensure that she will be safe on the next incoming damage, whether it be lethal or not.
4	Refresh	Refresh can be left blank. On its own, Refresh will have Primm remove harmful debuffs from allies on a moment's notice.
