How Long is the Demo?

Demo Length and Time Limit is 7 Hours

The length and time limit for Unicorn Overlord's demo is 7 hours.

The timer starts at the 5-hour mark once the quest “The Priestess, Abducted” has started but if you include the first two chapters of the game, you'll get a total playtime of about 7 hours.

From there, you can play the game however you want until the timer reaches zero. Once the timer runs out, you'll be forced out of the game.

Go to the Pause Menu to See the Timer

You can see the timer for the demo by pausing the game. The timer should be at the lower right part of your screen, just above your Gold, Honors, and Renown.

Demo Also Ends After Finishing Chapter 4

The demo also ends once you've finished Chapter 4: The Priestess, Abducted.

If you've finished this chapter without your timer running out, you can still load one of your save data and play the game until the timer runs out.

First 4 Main Quests Are Playable

Only the first 4 Main Quests in Unicorn Overlord's Demo are playable. While these may seem few, Unicorn Overlord also features Side, Overworld, and Liberation Quests that allow you to meet more Characters to recruit and open up the map for exploration.
