How to Recruit Govil

Side With Govil During To Resist or To Yield

You can easily recruit Govil by siding with him during the To Resist or To Yield side quest.

This will result in an easier quest, at the cost of making Bertrand unrecruitable.

Do Not Choose a Side to Recruit Bertrand and Govil

Alternatively, you can remain neutral after talking to both Bertrand and Govil, and start the quest by the fort between both camps.

The quest will become much more difficult with this choice, but will result in both Bertrand and Govil joining the Liberation Army after.
