How to Use a Housecarl in Battle

Housecarls are excellent attackers who can lower an enemy's Defense to deal heavy damage.

Smash will lower an enemy's defense, leaving them vulnerable to damage. They pair well with classes that have less initiative than them, such as Knights.

They are relatively fragile due to their low Defense and lack of healing. Increase their survivability by positioning them in the back row.
