Unicorn Overlord Is Not Available on PC

As of the time of writing, Unicorn Overlord will not be available for PC. The deveopers, Vanillaware, are known to keep their previous games exclusively on console platforms.

It is safe to assume that we might not see a PC version of the game anytime soon, unless announced otherwise.

Unicorn Overlord will be available on all major console platforms. The upcoming tactical RPG is set to launch for the Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.

Demo Length is More Than 5 Hours

Unicorn Overlord - Demo save file screen
Unicorn Overlord has a free demo available on all supported platforms. Despite what their respective demo store pages say, a demo save file can run for as long as 7 hours. The demo only ends once players defeat Galerius for the first time or if their save's runtime reaches the limit.

Despite the game locking itself out until the game's launch after that point, players can still explore the game through the free demo by reloading a save before the Galerius fight or any save file running under 7 hours.

Demo Progress Is Saved on Release

Those who participate in the free demo will have their respective game progress saved when the game launches on March 8, 2024, across all supported platforms.

Nintendo released an announcement trailer for Unicorn Overlord on September 14, 2023. The upcoming tactical RPG is set to release on March 8, 2024 on all supported consoles.
