Joins During the Call to Action Mission

Travis officially joins your army during the quest, Call to Action, as a member of Alain's army. He is a Thief at the time of recruitment so he will be a valuable DPS unit with great evasion capabilities.

He is the first thief that you can recruit. Thieves can steal gold from enemies with Plunder - an important skill in the early game!

1	Toxic Throw ┗ Armored	Prioritize Toxic Throw against Armored targets as Passive Steal will likely fail against them.
2	Passive Steal ┗ Lowest Guard Rate	Passive Steal fails to steal PP if the first hit is blocked. Set Passive steal to Lowest Guard Rate to increase its success rate.
3	Evade	Evade does not need conditions, as it ensures Travis will dodge an attack if it pierces through his high Evasion stat.
