Joins During the Unicorn Ring Mission
Chloe is part of the initial playable characters and will be playable shortly after the Prologue mission.
You will first gain control of Chloe during the Unicorn Ring Mission as part of Josef's unit and will remain playable as a Soldier class character.

Chloe is one the many unique characters that Alain can enter the Rite of the Covenant with. Make sure to assign her to a fort or town and give her gifts to increase rapport. You may also initiate Chloe's Rapport Conversations to increase her affection towards Alain.

Pairing Chloe with Josef is one of the most reliable early game unit formations.
Josef's high defensive capabilities make him an excellent tank for Chloe. Josef's Pursuit skill compensates for Chloe's lower damage output, all while Chloe's First Aid skill ensures that Josef remains healthy.
