An Angel's Request is an Overworld Quest where you will be joined by Ochlys after completing it.

To complete this quest and have Ochlys join the Liberation, you must first collect and spend 30 Divine Shards at Ochlys' Shop.
Divine Shards are scattered across the map of all the regions. It is typically represented by a faint glint on the ground and can be picked up by approaching it.
We have the locations of over 40 Divine Shards found in the overworld listed on our Divine Shards farming page. Getting these will be enough to complete the quest without having to execute Mandrin.
During the end of the The Winged Knight side quest, you will have the option to execute Mandrin or to set him free. Executing Mandrin will be in favor of Ochlys and you will be given 15 Divine Shards as a reward.
Alternatively, you can opt not to execute Mandrin and continue looking for Divine Shards as executing him may have repercussions in the plot during late game.
