Yeah, you can pretty much buy an additional grounding amulet once per playthrough from the merchant. I am up to 4 grounding amulets.

You can buy 1 Grounding Amulet per playthrough from the merchant in Falkes Streets after surrendering Roland.

Another item to add, the endurance earring, can be found if you return to resellan village with Frederica, after chapter 13, found in jerroms house on the center mat, if you have the rosellans to hyzante

Yeah, you're also missing the movement bangle, red scarf, red anklet, obsidian anklet, bangle of vitality, and the critical necklace as well
