Are Artifacts can be set before the game start or you have to find it first before you can use it? Can we get other Artifacts and change it along the way too?

Yep. Maybe the food is okay if we can add it to our inventory so we can use it to heal ourselves later.
Yeah. But it's too op if they can be stored in the inventory. People would just save them and use them on bosses. there will be no challenge.
It's better if we can put the TnT and other consumables in our inventory. TnT is very powerful and it's better to save it when a boss appears.
