    If you have gotten all the frogs and ducks, then load a save file closest to the end of the game and get to the end credit screen and then the ranking screen. After that you should get the Stealth Camo for the frogs and the AT Camo for the ducks as unlocked items to use in NG+.

    after you beat the game and unlock the guy savage game, go play guy savage. If you don't know how to unlock guy savage, Google it. Then start your new game plus from the file where you beat the ducks. It'll be in your backpack.

    Good day. If you're starting an NG+ save, have you tried to see if "AT-CAMOUFLAGE" is checked off in your backpack? It doesn't appear in your Equipment Window by default after all. However, if you meant that AT-CAMOUFLAGE isn't appearing in your backpack at all, then it may unfortunately be a bug.

    I got all 64 GA-KO's and got the title when beating the game but I don't have it in my inventory when starting new game+
