Scorch is one of the most powerful attacks Sir Beefdrake can unleash on your whole party. Luckily, Scorch is a breath attack that could be reflected back using the Brake Wind skill.

Use debuffing skills to lower Sir Beefdrake's accuracy. The battle will be significantly easier if Sir Beefdrake misses by a lot in regards to him using his normal attacks and Flamespitter.
If you pair up the debuffing skills you'll be using with the Brake Wind skill mentioned above, you'll be able to last through the fight with minimal damage from Sir. Beefdrake.
