Increase Your Party's Defense with Kabuff
Decreasing Attack and Accuracy Has Low Success Rate
Foo Dog mainly relies on physical attacks, so casting Kabuff will do nicely for keeping your party safe.
Decreasing Foo Dog's Attack and Accuracy is also a viable option. However, such spells have a relatively low success rate and will likely not affect it. It would be best to avoid casting them altogether to prevent wasting your turns.
