Avoid Utilizing Monsters That Use Spell Attacks

Spells Are Blocked by Fizzle

Percival utilizes the spell, Fizzle, to silence your party and make you unable to use spells. Monsters that primarily use spells will be ineffective against him, so replace them with other Monsters that use other attacks.

Use Items For Recovery

If your party's only healing is through spells, then Percival can neuter that with Fizzle. So if you rely on healing spells to top off your Monsters' HP, be sure to buy healing items like Amor Secon Essence in shops. Shops can be found at the basement of Rosehill Tower.

Use Skills That Counter Physical Attacks

All of Percival's attacks are physical attacks, so using skills like Attack Attacker which lowers his attack and Dazzleflash which lowers his accuracy are effective ways of dealing with this boss.
