Use Physical and Breath Attacks

Petrarch uses Bounce to protect himself against spells. Monsters that primarily use Spells for damage will be ineffecient against him, so bring Monsters that use Physical and Breath attacks.

Petrarch will be accompanied by two Sekerletons, so the fight will be easier if you have a Monster that uses Breath attacks to attack all Monsters at once.

Shallow Breather can be upgraded to Deep Breather after maxing out the skill points and combining it with another upgraded Talent.

Use Bounce to Reflect Petrarch's Spells

Since Petrarch's main source of damage is from spells, it is recommended that you use Bounce against him as well. However, the Sekerletons will use physical attacks so prepare accordingly for that.

In addition, skills and items that block the use of spells like Fizzle will be nullified against Petrarch.
