Buy Amor Seco Essence to Heal Your Monsters

Dragon Quest Monster 3 - How to Beat King Foo Dog Breath Attacks
King Foo Dog will utilize a variety of breath attacks to damage your monsters in battle. These breath attacks also happen to target all your monsters, so be careful when proceeding with the fight.

You could use the Insulate Skill to reduce the damage received by all members in your party from breath attacks, and the Brake Wind Skill to reflect the breath attacks back towards the boss. These skills are all available to monsters with the Breath Taker Talent.

If you have no monsters with the Breath Taker Talent, try stocking up on Amor Seco Essence to constantly heal all monsters in your party after receiving breath attacks. Smelling Salts could also help your monsters stay awake when King Foo Dog uses Sweet Breath.
