Resistance Accessories revolve around improving your equipped monster's resistance against certain elements. Generally, they also increase the equipped monster's Defense (like the above mentioned accessories boosting Defense by 10 points).
Be sure to find and collect them in case you need protection from specific elements in battle.
Equip accessories to a monster by selecting them through the Accessories menu in Your Monsters. Do not forget to equip your accessories so be sure to check this menu from time to time!
