List of Contents
Dragon Quests Monsters: The Dark Prince is currently an exclusive game for the Nintendo Switch console. There have been no plans or announcements made involving the possibility of DQM3 releasing on other consoles.
For Playstation and Xbox players, DQM3 is currently not available on said consoles. Although Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age, a game from the same franchise, originally released on the Paystation 4, it is more likely that DQM3 will release on the PC platform rather than the Playstation and Xbox consoles.
DQM3 has proven itself so popular that players are beginning to anticipate the possibility of the game being launched on the PC.
Some games from the Dragon Quest franchise, namely Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age and Dragon Quest Treasures, are notable examples of games being eventually released on the PC after their initial release on other gaming consoles.
Although players may have to wait for any official announcements of DQM3 being ported to the PC, it is possible that the game will accommodate a PC release due to the high demand from both hardcore fans of the Dragon Quest franchise and casual players alike.
The physical copy of the game is currently available for purchase on select stores such as BestBuy, Amazon, and Square Enix Store. You could also purchase DQM3 digitally by accessing your Nintendo Account and purchasing the game from My Nintendo Store.
If you're unsure of buying the game, the Switch offers a free demo that can be downloaded for you to explore and play in your Switch.
