This map has no refresher enemies and all the enemies are grouped up together, making this a great map for a Hit-and-Run strategy.
Use the first turn to position your heroes accordingly. When you're ready, move forward with your initiator unit and defeat either the Axe Infantry or the Lance Knight (when using a melee unit). Have your allies reposition the initiator to safety using movement or refresher assists.
The enemies will then approach your party, allowing you to pick them off at your leisure. The area between the trees and the mountains is a decent choke point to funnel the enemies into.
Be careful around the Blue Tome Flier, as he carries Guidance 4 to allow his allies to warp up to two spaces forward from his current position.
Tank strategies are also viable on this map with the lack of nuking power on the enemy team.
Use the area between the trees and the mountains as a choke point to funnel enemies into your tank units.
Once the Blue Tome Flier has been dealt with, the enemy team will lack the mobility necessary to overwhelm your tank units, allowing them to pick off the foes one by one.
Using this strategy, ensure that your tank unit can defeat Marla in one round before she can trigger her Glacies. Additionally, spread your units and avoid having them adjacent to each other to prevent Sabotage A/R 3 from inflicting penalties onto your units.
