Min Min is a non-traditional zoner, who uses her long disjointed arms to attack from across the stage. She is able to change the type of arm she uses with neutral B, and alternate smash attacks with forward smash and side special. She also has the ability to use smash attacks in the air, and her up smash is one of the fastest in the game, making it great out of shield. Min Min's edgeguarding game is also extremely dealy, as she can edgeguard opponents safely from the stage, after throwing them off with a grab.
While great at edgeguarding, Min Min herself is susceptible to edgeguards, as she has a rather poor recovery. She also has a bad disadvantage state, and has few ways to retaliate when put above an opponent. Min Min's moves have considerable endlag too, so to make the most of this character, it's important to keep opponents out and don't try to fight up close if possible.

Min Min's unique ability lies in the fact that some of her attacks (forward tilt, forward smash, and forward air) can be done with both her left and right arms, depending on whether the attack or special button are used. Her down B also allows her to cycle through arm types, so that she can have a different effect on her type arm.
Min Min's arms also get a damage increase after grabbing an enemy. Make sure to utilize this when enemies approach you to put some distance between the two of you and get a damage boost!
Rapidly pressing the Attack button will execute Min Min's Jab. It's a 1-2 combo followed by a rapid hit into a finisher kick. Min Min struggles up close, so this will be a tool used to hit opponents who have gotten in near Min Min.
When holding the attack or special button, Min Min will instead do a forward tilt with the respective arm.
Min Min's Dash Attack is a quick flying kick. It can be used to punish enemies who use moves with high-end lag from afar. It's also a great tech chase tool.
Min Min can use either her left arm, or her right arm to do a forward tilt, by using the attack or special button respectively. She can move and jump while using the move, and it can also be angled.
Min Min's uptilt hits a wide area above her by performing a wheel kick above her. Its main use is to prevent enemies from approaching her from the air, but at low percents, it can also be a great combo starter.
Min Min's Down Tilt is a quick side attack that sends enemies flying vertically. This makes it a great combo starter or a quick getaway maneuver.
Megawatt arm is slow but incredibly powerful!
|Side Special Ground||
|Side Special Air||
Min Min's side special is essentially the same as her forward smash, but the attack that gets used depends on her current right arm type.
It also reflects projectiles!
Min Min's Upsmash is a somersault kick that covers more area than her Up Tilt. It has quick startup, and you can also use it to reflect projectiles at the enemy, so it's great for many things!
Min Min's down smash is an attack that kicks on both sides of her. It looks similar to Fox's down smash, though not as powerful. It does give her brief intangibility.
Min Min's neutral air makes her swing her arm in a circular motion. It can be done with her left or right arm, depending on whether the attack or special button is used. For the right arm, the damage and speed changes depending on the current arm equipped, with Ramram being quick, while Megawatt is slow but powerful.
Similar to her Up Tilt and Up Smash, her Up Air is a somersault kick that hits an arc above her. It's a great combo tool and a great anti-air attack against enemies approaching from above.
Min Min's down air is a dive kick. While it can be used to attack enemies, it can also be used as a “get back to the ground ASAP” move, as this is where Min Min's specialty shines. You can go for aerials to stop enemies from approaching above, then use Down Air to create some distance. However, an opponent may try and punish its landing.
Down Special is Min Min's Arm change. It's a key feature to playing Min Min, as it allows you to change your playstyle and attack depending on her current arm equipped. The three arms available are Ramram, Megawatt, and Dragon which all have different strengths and weaknesses.
Ramram is an excellent arm to use for quick damage and fast enemies. Its attack area easy to adjust and can even be used to hit enemies that are trying to recover from ledges.
Megawatt is Min Min's strongest arm. At the expense of power, however, it loses a massive amount of speed which makes it not the safest option to choose during one on one games. During brawls, however, you can score a massive amount of kills with it.
Dragon is Min Min's standard arm, and is the most balanced of them all. It can be angled easier than Megawatt, and has enough firepower to KO enemies. It can also unleash a fire breath attack which makes it more versatile in hitting enemies from afar.
When on stage, Min Min's Up Special is Arms Jump. It grants temporary intangibility, making it a good option for escaping opponents.
Offstage, Min Min's Up special turns into an arm hook, which is used as a tether recovery. You can use this to grab the ledge quickly and make a safe return.
Min Min's forward throw doesn't lead to combos but it can be used to throw enemies offstage. Follow it up with Ramram's speedy hit to stop them from recovering.
Min Min's back throw is a strong move and has a great knockback. It can be used to kill enemies at high percents when you're at the ledge.
Like all of her up related moves, her up to throw kicks the enemies upward. While it's not as reliable as her back throw for getting kills, it can do it at high percents (around 160% or more) and when used on platforms.
Min Min's down throw deals low damage and can't lead to combos. It's a move that you should avoid in most cases.
All the members of ARMS gather and unleash a barrage of attacks with Min Min as a super finisher.
|Air Dodge||Matched the vulnerability with other fighters when performing an air dodge.|
|Forward Smash||Shortened the amount of time you can charge a smash attack.|
|Forward Smash||Reduced the knockback for the dragon's lasers while using the Dragon ARM.|
|Other||Matched the vulnerability with other fighters when falling in place.|
|Flurry Attack to KO||Made it so the attack does not get neutralized.|
Min Min is included with the Fighter's Pass Vol. 2, which can be purchased from the Nintendo eShop for $29.99 USD ($37.79 CD). The Fighter's Pass Vol. 2 includes a total of six additional DLC characters (including Min Min), so be sure and purchase it if you want to have all characters.
If you just want Min Min, you can purchase her individually by getting the Challenger Pack 6. It will cost $5.99 USD ($7.55 CA).
If you purchase Min Min via the Fighter's Pass or Challenger Pack, you will also gain access to a new stage: Spring Stadium, as well as music from Arms.

Depends on who it is you struggle against. I'd say generally someone like Wolf or Palu is a good secondary for any character. Byleth's largest drawback is mobility and frame data, so a character with faster options and movement is your best bet.
Hi! We actually have a section on Marth's matchups here:
As Marth has great range and framedata, a good matchup will be a character that can whiff punish with quick burst options, and have a way to get in and find an opening! Quick characters with excellent frame data, like Pika, Greninja, or Sheik, ZSS, or Sonic are our top recommendations!
