Fly to Land on the Railings
To ride the railing of the suspension bridge in Celestial Valley, you will need to be flying as you approach the bridge and then land on the railing. You can use the ramp shortly before the suspension bridge to do this.
Since the Checklist task requires you to ride both the left and right railings in a single race, you will either need to do a u-turn or set the lap count to at least 2 to ride the other side.
