The Global Test Ride was a limited-time demo for Kirby Air Riders. The demo was only available during certain time windows.

During the demo, you can try out some of the Air Ride courses and also play City Trial against other players if you had a Nintendo Switch Online subscription!

Any progress made during the Global Test Ride demo does not carry over to the official Kirby Air Riders game release.

How to Participate in the Global Test Ride

Download the Global Test Ride

To participate in the Global Test Ride, you must download the app from the Nintendo eShop.

First, press the Home button on your Switch to go to the Nintendo Switch home page. From there, select the bag icon to go to the Nintendo eShop.

Nintendo eShop Featured
Next, search for "Kirby Air Riders: Global Test Ride" via the search bar.
3 Afterwards, select "Kirby Air Riders: Global Test Ride".
4 Finally, select "Free Download". Download will start shortly afterwards.

Open the App During the Schedule

After downloading the Global Test Ride, you will need to wait for one of the following timeslots mentioned in the schedule above. You don't need to register for a timeslot, just opening the app during the schedule will do.

Nintendo Switch Online Needed for City Trial

Kirby Air Riders City Trial

You will need an active subscription to Nintendo Switch Online (NSO) to access City Trial due to it being the online team battle mode. The rest of the demo, however, does not need a NSO subscription.
