Boss fights in Road Trip vary. They range from races with playable characters and defeating bosses that can also be encountered in game modes outside of Road Trip. Along with the playable character bosses, Gigantes and Galactic Nova are the only Road Trip exclusive bosses.

VS. Bosses are Stadium Challenges where you must work together with other players to defeat a powerful enemy. VS. Boss challenges can be unlocked in the City Trial after defeating them in the Road Trip game mode.

City Trial bosses are random field events that can spawn in the map during a City Trial run. Defeating these bosses before they disappear will allow players to gain loads of Power-Ups. City Trial bosses also appear as encounters in Road Trip mode.

In Kirby Air Riders, bosses appear in various game modes such as Road Trip, City Trial, and the Stadium Challenges within it. Many of the Road Trip bosses can also be encountered in Stadium Challenges and the City Trial mode.

Bosses are powerful enemies that you must beat in various types of challenges, such as winning against them in a race or defeating them in battle. Clearing boss challenges grants you valuable rewards!

Some bosses that you need to fight have weak points or a specific mechanic that you can use against them. Taking advantage of their weaknesses will allow you deal more damage and defeat them faster!
