Note that after a Rider has been acquired, obtaining duplicates will unlock their alternate colors instead.

How to Defeat 2 Cart-Riding Waddle Dee Enemies
Play 2 Laps in Floria Fields
To find 2 cart-riding Waddle Dee enemies, start a match in Floria Fields with at least 2 laps. It is recommended to have less CPU opponents as they may defeat the Waddle Dees before players can get to them.
How to Unlock Floria Fields and Checklist
Capture Cart-Riding Waddle Dees On the Second Lap
Three cart-riding Waddle Dees will appear on the second lap on the sharp turn before entering the cave. Use Capture to defeat all 3 of them at once and complete the Checklist.
