Rick can be unlocked from completing the following Checklist mission listed above.
Note that after a Rider has been acquired, obtaining duplicates will unlock their alternate colors instead.

The stats were taken at the Garage, unaffected by any Rider's stats. But, the numerical values are estimates as they are not shown in-game!
In City Trials, you should be focusing on getting Rick the Battle Chariot, as it increases Rick's stats by a significant amount. The machine lets Rick increase its survivability and offensive capabilities while also increasing its Top Speed and Weight stats.

The Wheelie Bike is the best vehicle you can pair up with Rick during races, as this helps cover his weaknesses when dealing with corners and allows him to keep his momentum.
