For racing, Chef Kawasaki and the Wheelie Scooter pair well together since the higher Turn, Grip, and Charge stats of the scooter make up for Chef Kawasaki's poor maneuverability. Chef Kawasaki's higher defense can also help reduce the damage the scooter takes if needed.
