Starman can be unlocked from completing the following Checklist mission listed above.
Note that after a Rider has been acquired, obtaining duplicates will unlock their alternate colors instead.

The stats were taken at the Garage, unaffected by any Rider's stats. But, the numerical values are estimates as they are not shown in-game!
Since Paper Star doesn't have weight and offers good Lift, Starman will benefit the most from this machine as it fully complements his current stats and special.
