Your machine slides more than usual and becomes harder to control. Even usually stable machines like the Wagon Star can slide in different directions so move cautiously while collecting power-ups.

Sudden inputs can cause you to spin out or veer off course. Take advantage of your brake and boost to maneuver easier around the map.

Benefits of the Slippery Ground Event

You Can Move Faster Than Normal

the slippery ground slightly increases your speed by allowing you to glide forward more easily. Because of this, the event can actually help you move across the map faster than usual.

Take advantage of the increased momentum to reach new areas quickly or reposition yourself while the effect lasts.
