Throw A Bomb At Your Enemies
• Use
 to throw the Cutter • Use
 (Left or Right) + to throw the Cutter to the left or right • Use
(Down) + to throw the Cutter behind you • Once you throw the Cutter, it will come back to you
• If the Cutter doesn't come back to you, you can't throw it again

The Cutter Copy Ability lets you throw a huge boomerang at your enemies. You can throw it in any direction and it'll come back to you, so you can use the ability again. If the Cutter doesn't come back, then the ability is used up.
