What Does It Mean When Controls Are Reversed?

Up, Down, Left, and Right Are Flipped

Controls Are Flipped
During the Flipped Controls event, your directional inputs are inverted, which means pushing left makes you go right, pushing up makes you go down, and so on. Since your machine moves opposite to your intended direction, careful handling becomes essential.

How to Counter Reverse Controls

Slow Down and Move Carefully

When the event occurs, reduce your speed and navigate slowly. High-speed machines become especially difficult to handle with reversed inputs, so use your Boost to brake and control your pace to avoid crashes.

Input Everything in Reverse

Intentionally move the stick in the opposite direction from what you normally would. Practicing this rhythm helps maintain control during the Controls Reversed Event.

Copy Abilities and Inhale Controls Are The Same
