Chef Kawasaki is a mandatory rider for this Checklist objective since they're the only one who can spawn Superspicy Curry using their Special. Swerve Star is the best machine for this Checklist objective due to how easy it is to break. Also, it accelerates well, making it easy to chase the curries!

The easily made Superspicy Curry, Chef Kawasaki's Special, set the number of laps to 99. With a high number of laps, your chances of using your Specials will increase. Also, after clearing the Checklist objective, you can just quit mid-race.
Charge Your Special
Once the race begins, just drive around until you have enough charge to use your Special. You can also leave your machine running on its own, and it will continue to drive around.
How to Eat the Superspicy Curry Yourself
Break, Turn Around, and Use Your Special
Once you have charged up your Special, hold the boost button (B) to break and then turn around. Finally, use your Special for Chef Kawaki to start spamming their Superspicy Curry. It will be easier to chase the curry if you activate your Special in a straight line.
Chase the Superspicy Curry Behind You
After spamming a couple of Spicy Curries, chase after them as they fly back in the direction you were originally heading!
Capture Gemaine to Fully Charge Your Special
If you are far behind the other riders, an enemy called Gemaine may appear, allowing you to instantly accumulate charge for Specials. Defeating Jamie will also clear a Checklist objective!
