Team Battles allow all 16 players in City Trial to participate at once. The game automatically splits everyone into two teams, creating balanced 8-on-8 matches where both sides have an equal chance of winning.
Multiplayer Guide and All Online Features

In this mode, Legendary Machine parts are shared across your entire team. Any part collected by a teammate contributes to the team’s total. Once all parts are gathered, the only the player who picks up the final piece gets to ride the completed Legendary Machine.
Because the parts are shared, teams can complete Legendary Machines more easily and more quickly than in solo play.

The final Stadium is always the same for everyone in a Team Battle. A single Stadium can only hold up to eight players, so if 10 or more are participating, the game automatically splits everyone into two Stadiums.
The winning team is determined by comparing the combined total score of both arenas, ensuring the results remain fair even when players are divided.
List of All City Trial Stadiums

With 8 or fewer players, everyone votes on which stadium to play in, and if the number of participants is higher than 8, players each choose a stadium, and groups are formed based on their selection.
