To ride every kind of machine, you can use the Parking Lot Event since it spawns different types of machines. This gives you an opportunity to ride different types of machines in a short time.

Parking Lot with Multiple Machines Location

Keep Changing Machines in The Parking Lot

Since there are different types of machines in the Parking Lot Event, hop on one and immediately change to another one. Riding a machine once already counts for the objective, so keep changing until you ride all of the machines that spawned.

Hydra Hydra Collect three Hydra parts for the Checklist from City Trials
Dragoon Dragoon Collect three Dragoon parts for the Checklist from City Trials
Gigantes Gigantes Finish Road Trip mode and watch its normal ending
Leo Leo Defeat the true boss and fill in 140 or more tiles in the Checklist

To complete the objective, you must also ride Legendary Machines. If you haven't unlocked them, you'll need to progress in the Road Trip and City Trial modes more to complete their Checklist objectives.
