Automatically Ride On the Rails

Automatically Hop Onto Rails
Grind rails will move you forward automatically just by stepping onto the rail.

Switch Rails By Tilting L-Stick

Tilt the L-Stick to the side where the rail you want to switch to is located to make your machine switch grind rails.

Automatic Charge Dash When Hopping Off the Rail

When you get to the end of a Grind Rail on the course, you will automatically get a burst of speed from a Charge Dash!

How to Get Off Grind Rails

Tilt L-Stick to Get Off Rails in City Trial

City Trial Grind Rails
In City Trial's Skyah Map, there are Grind Rails on the outermost areas of the island. You can get on them as long as you're close enough. To get off the grind rails, tilt the L-Stick to the left or right until you're racing away from the rails!
