Power Up items increases or improves your character's stats during the match. They are mainly found only in City Trial. But, you can get them as well in Road Trip as a reward for beating challenges or buying them from the shop!

Attack Up
| Raises offense for a short time, making it easier to destroy thing. |
Guard Up
| Increases your Defense for a short duration. |
Speed Up
| Improves your Speed for a short duration. |
Charge Up
| Improves your Charge speed for a short duration. |
Speed Down
| Decreases your Speed for a short duration. |
Invincible Candy
| Makes you invincible for a short time, rendering all attacks ineffective. |
Supercharge
| Greatly improves your speed and flying for a short duration. |
Charge Down
| Makes you unable to charge for a short duration. |
Smoke
| Creates smoke around you. |
Special Up
| Increases your special gauge. |
Item Catcher
| Attracts all items within a circular area. |
Size Up
| Grows huge and increases attack power. |
Size Down
| Shrink in size. |
Book of Prophecy
| Reveals the next stadium event. |
Panic Spin
| Makes you unable to stop doing Quick Spins for a short duration. |
Gordo Ball
| Throws a large Gordo Ball in front, dealing damage to opponents that collide with it. |
Fireworks
| Shoots fireworks in front. |
Sensor Bomb
| Plants a bomb on the ground that explodes when an opponent comes near it. |
Spinning Beam
| Reverses the controls of opponents hit by the beam. |
Laser Wiper
| Attack enemies with a round-trip laser. During a push, the round-trip speed increases and the laser is strengthened. |
Multi-Missile
| Fires missiles that lock onto opponents in front of you. Guaranteed to hit targeted enemies. |
Mega Cannon
| Emits an extremely thick laser that penetrates terrain. |
Meteor
| Summons a multiple meteors from the sky in front of you, dealing damage to opponents hit by the meteors. |
Homing Bomb
| Throws a bomb that seeks out a target. |
Flame Wings
| Creates wings made of flames that deals damage to opponents that come close. |
Fire Nova
| Shoots rings of flame in front that turn into a flame nova, dealing damage to opponents caught within its explosion area. |
Course Quaker
|
Top Ride Only: Throws a Course Quaker in the air that explodes and deals damage within a large area when it lands. |
Drift Fire
|
Top Ride Only: Leaves a trail of fire after boosting. |
Drill Driver
|
Top Ride Only: Gains a drill in front of the machine that allows you to burrow and move underground. |
Kaboombs
|
Top Ride Only: Throws a bomb that explodes upon contact |
Chickie
|
Top Ride Only: Launches a Chickie at a rider that puts them in a dizzy state. |
Seeker Missile
|
Top Ride Only: Fires a missile in front that seeks out a target. |
Battle items give your character powerful weapons or abilities during a match, allowing you to deal damage to opponents and knock them out.
You can pick up items by running through them then use them by pressing pressing the A or B button. However, some items activate instantly once you pick them up like Flame Wings.
Additionally, there are battle items that work slightly different depending on the game mode.
