How to Win Without Riding Over Any Dash Zones
Optimal Race Setup

Use the race rules above to easily win without riding over any dash zone.
Set CPU riders and level to 1 for an easy opponent. Decrease the number of laps to 1 to quickly finish the race.
Carefully Navigate Between Dash Zones
As you approach the curve before the dash zones, slow down and carefully maneuver between them. Be careful not to overshoot because there's another dash zone at the next bend.
If your opponent manages to overtake you, you can simply retry from the pause menu.
Clear Immediately with Open Block
If you're having difficulties with this objective, you can simply use an Open Block to clear it immediately and obtain the reward. Open Blocks are obtained by performing certain feats during races.
