There are up to 12 language options for announcers and narrators, each language having a feminine or masculine voice option, for a total of 24 voice options. The Japanese Announcers were revealed to be Banjo Ginga and Makiko Omoto.
There are two voices each for English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish (Spain) and Spanish (Latin America), Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Korean, and Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
How to Change Announcers
Change Sound Settings in Options
Go to the Options tab in the Main Menu and select Sounds to change announcers or narrators. The Announcer is the voice used in all the courses and game modes, while the Narrator is specifically for Road Trip cutscenes.
